Saas-Fee also known as the glacier village. The world's highest funicular railway takes you to Mittelallalin at 3445 metres, where the world's largest ice pavilion stands. On a circular trail with information boards and monuments, hikers on Hohsaas ob Saas-Grund can see all 18 four-thousand-metre peaks, while in Saas-Balen a special natural spectacle awaits them with the Fellbach waterfall. And not to forget the crystal-clear Mattmarksee lake in Saas-Almagell, Europe's largest earth dam.

The property was modern and very clean with lots of facilities and a well equipped kitchen. Good parking and a very quiet location. Only a 5 minutes walk from Saas Grund high street.
The free wifi was very useful, removed issues with roaming charges abroad.
Owners of the property and were very friendly and helpful.
